Warranty Information
Endeavor Heating and Cooling LLC
Most major HVAC equipment includes a 10-year parts warranty through the manufacturer. We handle registration of all qualifying equipment on your behalf. Important: Manufacturer warranties typically cover parts only. Labor for diagnostics or installation is not covered unless it falls within our labor warranty period. Diagnostic fees still apply, as manufacturers do not cover evaluation time or travel. For brand-specific warranty details: Only Endeavor or our authorized technicians may perform warranty work. Claims must be made within the coverage period. Retroactive claims are not guaranteed. We require clear access to equipment and service records when reviewing claims. Covers installation-related workmanship. Does not include refrigerant, diagnostics, or shipping fees. Warranty begins on the installation date or invoice date, whichever is earlier. Routine filter changes and seasonal tune-ups are required to maintain coverage. Warranty is not transferable unless approved in writing during a real estate transaction. Damage from weather, fire, misuse, or power surges is excluded. Warranty work is performed during regular business hours. After-hours work incurs additional charges. Approval of your estimate or invoice confirms acceptance of these terms. Endeavor is not liable for indirect or incidental damages unless caused by proven gross negligence. All disputes are handled through mediation in Snohomish County, WA. Arbitration may follow if unresolved. Current warranty terms at the time of service will apply. Updates will be posted here. We assist with manufacturer claims, but approval and part timelines are at their discretion. We register eligible systems, but it's the customer’s responsibility to confirm registration status with the manufacturer. All installations meet ACCA standards, including airflow testing and post-install inspection. Documentation is provided at closeout. Financing does not affect your warranty. Any unpaid service costs remain the customer’s responsibility. IAQ components may carry separate warranties. Labor for filter or UV lamp changes is not included unless specifically noted.Labor & Craftsman Warranty
