Diagnostic Pricing

• Standard Diagnostic: $165 – Includes complete inspection and troubleshooting during business hours.
• After-Hours Diagnostic: $250 – Applies outside of regular hours (currently paused).

If your system only needs routine maintenance, we’ll adjust the charge—no double billing.

Repairs and parts are billed separately based on your approval.

What’s Included in a Diagnostic

• Full System Evaluation – Indoor/outdoor units, thermostats, control boards
• Airflow & Static Pressure Testing – Including vents/returns inspection
• Cooling & Refrigerant Check – Verifying temperature split and charge
• Electrical Safety Review – Inspecting motors, wiring, breakers, and capacitors
• Clear Findings & Recommendations – Simple explanations with repair options

What’s Not Included

• Parts or Repair Work – We’ll quote everything first and get your go-ahead.
• Labor for Warranty Claims – Manufacturers often cover parts only; labor is separate.
• Seasonal Maintenance – Included with our Total Comfort Plans, but not part of a diagnostic.

Note: Most HVAC manufacturers require annual maintenance to maintain warranty coverage. If a part is noisy, worn, or neglected, they may deny your claim—we’ll guide you through it.

If a part is covered under warranty, you may still be responsible for:

• Standard labor costs for installation
• Shipping or freight fees from the manufacturer
• A flat $50 warranty processing fee
