Diagnostic Pricing
- Standard Diagnostic: $119 during normal business hours
- After-Hours / Emergency Diagnostic: $185
If we determine your system only needs routine maintenance, the diagnostic fee is adjusted accordingly—no double billing.
Any repairs or parts are quoted separately and only performed after your approval.
What a Diagnostic Covers
- System-Level Evaluation – Indoor and outdoor equipment, controls, and thermostats
- Airflow & Static Pressure Review – Supply, return, and duct performance
- Heating or Cooling Performance Checks – Temperature split and operational testing
- Electrical & Safety Inspection – Motors, wiring, breakers, capacitors, and safeties
- Clear Findings – Straightforward explanation of the issue and next steps
What’s Not Included
- Repair Labor or Parts – Always quoted and approved before work begins
- Manufacturer Warranty Labor – Most warranties cover parts only
- Seasonal Maintenance – Available through our Total Comfort Maintenance Plans

When a part is under warranty, homeowners are typically responsible for:
- Labor to install the replacement part
- Manufacturer shipping or freight costs
- A flat $50 warranty processing fee
