Maintenance plans apply to operating residential equipment with standard access. Visits include inspection, routine accessible cleaning, performance testing and maintenance documentation.
Repairs, replacement parts, refrigerant, deep component cleaning, duct cleaning and corrective work are not included in the maintenance-plan price.

Why do the heating and mini-split plans include two visits at enrollment?
Initial enrollment prepays the first maintenance appointment and the following annual appointment. After those two prepaid visits are completed, the plan renews annually at the listed one-visit member rate.
Why does the full-system plan renew at $249?
The Full-System Plan includes two appointments every year: one heating-season visit and one cooling-season visit. It therefore renews as a two-visit annual plan.
Can I enroll after maintenance has already been completed?
Plan enrollment can normally be completed in connection with a qualifying maintenance appointment. The exact visit and payment structure will be reviewed before enrollment is finalized.
Are repairs included in the plan price?
No. Repairs, replacement components and materials are separate. Active members receive 10% off qualifying repairs completed during the active plan term.
What happens when my mini-split has multiple indoor units?
Base plan pricing covers one outdoor unit and one indoor unit. Each additional indoor unit is $40 at initial enrollment, covering both prepaid visits, and $20 during annual renewal.
Does the plan automatically cover additional HVAC systems?
No. Published plan pricing covers the system described in the selected plan. Homes with multiple furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers or separate duct systems are reviewed and priced according to the additional equipment.
What happens if my system is not working?
Non-operational equipment and active failures require diagnostic service. Maintenance pricing applies to operating equipment receiving preventive inspection and service.
