01

Service & Scheduling

What to expect when requesting service and preparing for an appointment.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. Endeavor offers free estimates for new HVAC system installations and complete equipment replacements.

Troubleshooting an existing system is scheduled as a paid diagnostic service. Current diagnostic pricing is confirmed before the appointment is booked.

What is included in a diagnostic service?

A diagnostic appointment includes an evaluation of the reported concern and the related system components. Depending on the issue, this may include electrical, airflow, condensate, refrigerant, control and safety checks.

Findings and repair options are explained before additional work is completed. Photos and a professional service summary are also provided when applicable.

Do I need to be home during the appointment?

Not necessarily. Authorized access through a lockbox, door code, property manager or tenant can be arranged in advance.

Endeavor can provide findings by phone and send photos and service documentation after the appointment.

How should I prepare for my appointment?
  • Provide clear access to the furnace, air handler, thermostat, electrical panel and outdoor equipment.
  • Move stored items away from the equipment and secure pets.
  • Make sure vehicles, gates or landscaping do not block access.
  • Have the filter size or last replacement date available when possible.
Do you offer after-hours or emergency service?

Endeavor does not advertise continuous 24-hour emergency dispatch. Limited after-hours support may be available during peak heating and cooling seasons.

For an active no-heat or no-cooling concern, book the earliest available appointment and call Endeavor so the situation can be reviewed and prioritized when possible.

02

Maintenance & Repairs

Routine care, equipment upkeep and services that help protect system reliability.

How often should my HVAC system be serviced?
  • Heat pumps and dual-fuel systems: generally twice per year because the equipment operates during both heating and cooling seasons.
  • Air conditioning and gas furnace systems: each major system should generally be serviced annually.
  • Ductless mini-splits: generally once per year, with more frequent cleaning when usage, pets, dust or indoor conditions require it.

Air filters should be checked regularly and replaced based on filter type, system use and household conditions.

Do you offer maintenance plans?

Yes. Maintenance-plan options may include scheduled tune-ups, service reminders, priority scheduling and plan-specific repair benefits.

Regular professional maintenance can also help support manufacturer and labor-warranty requirements.

Do you repair equipment you did not install?

Yes. Endeavor services and repairs most major residential HVAC brands, including systems installed by another contractor.

Equipment condition, parts availability and manufacturer support are reviewed before major repair recommendations are made.

Do you clean dryer vents?

Yes. Endeavor provides dryer-vent cleaning and certain dryer-vent repairs for accessible residential systems. Cleaning is commonly recommended every one to two years, depending on usage, vent length and system condition.

Roof access is evaluated individually based on height, roof type, pitch and safety. Replacement caps, terminations or corrective work are quoted separately when needed.

03

Equipment & Installation

Equipment selection, installation timelines, refrigerants and project requirements.

What equipment brands do you install?

Endeavor primarily installs American Standard central heating and cooling equipment and Mitsubishi Electric ducted and ductless heat-pump systems.

Equipment is selected based on the home, application, comfort goals, available space and project requirements.

Why does Endeavor offer American Standard equipment?
  • Reliable central heating and cooling options for a wide range of residential applications.
  • Strong parts availability and manufacturer support.
  • Efficient equipment options designed for quiet, dependable operation.
  • Compatible furnace, air-conditioning, heat-pump and indoor air-quality solutions.
Why does Endeavor offer Mitsubishi Electric equipment?

  • Ductless and ducted options for existing homes, additions and specialized applications.
  • Cold-climate heat-pump options designed for Pacific Northwest conditions.
  • Quiet indoor and outdoor equipment operation.
Do you install newer A2L refrigerant systems?

Yes. Endeavor installs current-generation A2L equipment, including R-454B systems offered through our equipment lines.

Each system is installed, configured and tested according to the equipment manufacturer's instructions and applicable Washington requirements. Required sensors, controls and mitigation components are included when specified for the equipment and application.

How long does a typical installation take?

Many straightforward equipment replacements can be completed in one working day. Projects involving electrical upgrades, equipment relocation, new ductwork, zoning or multiple indoor units may require additional time.

The anticipated installation schedule is explained with the proposal before the project begins.

Do you pull permits and coordinate inspections?

Yes. When permits are required, Endeavor submits the applicable mechanical and refrigeration permits and coordinates required inspections with the local jurisdiction.

Electrical permits and electrical work may be completed by a licensed electrical contractor when included in the project.
