Common Questions
If you don’t see your answer here, please call or reach out.
How soon can you come out?
Most calls can be scheduled the same or next business day (Mon–Fri, 8am–4pm; Sat, 9am–5pm). If it’s urgent, we’ll do our best to prioritize you.
Do you pull permits and handle inspections?
Yes — we pull permits on all installations because we do specialty trade work. We handle the inspections and take care of the paperwork for you, start to finish.
Is the diagnostic credited back?
Yes—if you move forward with an installation. It is not credited toward minor repairs or maintenance.
What payment options do you accept?
Cash, credit/debit, ACH, and check. Financing is available through FTL Finance (OAC).
Do you offer after-hours or weekend service?
Saturday: 9:00am–5:00pm. After-hours emergency appointments are offered when available based on call volume. If we can’t come out immediately, we’ll book you into the next available call.
Do you work with HOAs and property managers?
Yes — we regularly work with local HOAs, property managers, and real estate agents. We can provide COI and W-9, prepare clean submittals (specs, site photos, drawings), coordinate approvals and inspection access, and communicate with tenants or listing agents to keep things smooth.
What’s typically included in a new system quote?
Simple, final pricing. Your quote covers the HVAC work below — no surprise add-ons.
- The new system and listed parts
- Professional installation in your home
- Thermostat when it’s part of your package
- Permit & inspection (when required)
- Startup, safety and performance check
- Haul-away of old equipment
- Cleanup and a quick walkthrough
We handle the HVAC portion. Work that needs other trades — like electrical panel changes, roofing/carpentry, or asbestos/duct remediation — isn’t included. If something like this comes up, we’ll flag it and help you get a separate quote.
Which systems do you service?
- Gas & electric furnaces
- Central air conditioners
- Heat pumps (ducted & ductless)
- Ductless mini-split systems
- Gas fireplace inserts
- Ceiling-mount furnaces & make-up air
Do you serve my area?
Yes — see our Service Area page for the cities and neighborhoods we cover.
What brands do you install & service?
We service all major brands and install American Standard and Mitsubishi Electric systems based on your goals, budget, and site conditions. We handle the warranty registration for you.
What warranties do you offer?
10‑year labor on qualifying new system installs, 10‑year parts with registration, and a 1‑year follow‑up visit are our standard package. See our full terms for coverage and exclusions.
